Stefan Tsagaris
Psychologist (Clinical Registrar)
Stefan is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from RMIT, and has professional experience in a range of contexts, including in secondary schools and public mental health.
Stefan takes a person-centred, non-judgemental and collaborative approach, and is passionate about providing clients with a safe and supportive space to explore their mental health and wellbeing, whilst empowering them to seek greater personal fulfilment and work towards their goals.
Stefan draws upon a range of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to work with clients in ways that resonate most with them. Stefan has worked with individuals managing a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, interpersonal problems, low self-esteem, procrastination, and trauma.
In his spare time, Stefan enjoys geeking out on the tennis and playing backgammon with his friends.
Stefan is currently accepting new clients and has ongoing availability on Mondays.
