Chantelle is a Registered Psychologist who has experience in providing support to individuals in a diverse range of settings. Chantelle enjoys creating positive connections with every person she encounters and values a flexible practice that incorporates diverse perspectives. She utilises many therapeutic frameworks including play therapy, CBT, ACT and DBT. Chantelle sees clients as young as 3 years old and has experience across the lifespan.

Chantelle has experience supporting neurodiverse clients (ASD, ADHD & other disabilities) to help them learn skills and implement strategies that enable them to gain independence. She also has experience assessing and treating people with eating disorders and has knowledge of CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders). Chantelle has also supported young job seekers in managing mental health barriers that prevent them from achieving employment and study outcomes. 

Chantelle also provides cognitive, educational and neurodevelopmental (ADHD) assessments. She views these as tools to understand and identify an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, and support them in advocating for the support they may need. 

Chantelle enjoys travelling to different countries and immersing herself in different cultures. Outside of work she enjoys going camping, running and going op shopping. She listens to many genres of music including jazz, pop, RnB and techno. On the weekend, you will find her reading, going for runs/walks and trying lots of different restaurants/cafes.
