Availability on Mondays & Wednesdays
Courtney is a registered Psychologist currently completing her Clinical Endorsement. She is passionate about providing a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients from all backgrounds feel heard, understood, and valued.
People often describe Courtney as approachable, down-to-earth, and understanding. She recognises that seeking support can feel daunting and aims to create a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable discussing life's challenges at their own pace. Courtney works collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, draw on their strengths, and develop strategies that support their goals.
Courtney has experience working in private practice, school, and community health settings, supporting individuals across the lifespan. She works with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression and low mood, trauma, neurodiversity, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions.
Courtney primarily works from a psychodynamic framework focussing on the underlying factors that contribute to current emotional difficulties. She adopts a reflective approach to therapy, supporting clients to build insight and make sense of their experiences in a meaningful way. Courtney also integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based approaches to help clients strengthen coping skills and work towards sustainable change.
Courtney is currently accepting new clients and has regular ongoing availability on Mondays and Wednesdays.
